Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an established healthcare organization in Philadelphia, PA. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid opportunity. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs and projects, managing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring successful integrations. Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager include: Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while managing diverse teams. Experience with program budgeting, risk assessment, and resolution of complex issues. Expert level knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Qualifications of the Senior Project Manager include: 7+ years of project management experience. Experience with EHR implementation projects, specifically Epic Systems, is highly preferred. Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing custom and packaged software projects. Proven experience in managing complex programs and projects within an Information Systems environment. Familiar with applications development, database management, and various operating systems. Expertise in creating essential project documentation, including work breakdown structures, test plans, and go-live strategies. Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred. Compensation for the Senior Project Manager: Hourly Rate: $60-$65/hour, depending on experience.
