Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly Description We are offering a short term contract (~3 months) employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Santa Maria, California. The job functions primarily revolve around a variety of administrative tasks, including handling a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service, and managing data entries and email correspondence. Responsibilities Managing incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and directing them to the appropriate departments. Providing superior customer service in addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Accurately entering and updating data records as required. Handling email correspondence efficiently and professionally. Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage and organize files and schedule appointments. Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and effectively helping with other administrative tasks. Leveraging interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
