Qualifications A graduate of a relevant field, preferably from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Organizational Development projects.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Strong command of MS Office applications.Experience in organizational development, career planning, and performance management.Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.Skilled in data interpretation, analysis, and reporting.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Research-oriented, open to development and continuous improvement.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. Job Description Take an active role in designing, executing, and improving organizational development projects and initiatives.Lead and support processes related to performance and competency management, employee development, career planning, and organizational effectiveness to foster a high-performance culture.Analyse HR data and provide insights to enhance decision-making in organizational development strategies.Support managers in implementing organizational change, talent development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify HR needs and develop proactive solutions.While the primary focus will be organizational development, actively contribute to the recruitment process to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
