Qualifications; Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Marketing / Business or related fieldMinimum 5 years of related experience with 3 and more years in a managerial roleAdvanced level of English is a mustAbility to use and integrate the AI toolsExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsStrong strategic planning, project management and organizational skillsOpen to travel: domestic and international Responsibilities; Manage the relevant product portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialisation, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plansMarket research analysis and planning of necessary actions according to market conditionsDeveloping and maintaining local pricing strategyLeading the launch of social media platforms and official website, developing strategy and creating content, measuring and evaluating performance of all digital & marketing campaignsLead launch event strategy and action planResponsible for gathering and analysing market and competitor information, producing summary report (defining local Strategic Plan)Work with sales team and channel partners to support sales initiatives and expand market reach and Sales Team Product Trainings (including new SR onboarding program)Preparing and managing the marketing budget
