You will;Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Involving in strategic planning processes, conducting 3/5/10 years financial projectionsPreparing of the BOD and monthly management reports and variance analysis.Monitor and report progress against strategic objectives and KPI'sEnsure timely and accurate preparation of quarterly financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Oversee the implementation of new IFRS standards, ensuring the company remains compliant with evolving regulations.Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.Leading any financial reporting related implementation or projects in close connection with key stakeholders.Other ad-hoc and analysis We are waiting for your application if you have;Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other related field.Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an asset.Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting and IFRS compliance, preferably within the chemicals or manufacturing industry.Audit company experience is a mustDeep Know-how in IFRS standards and their application in financial reporting.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to details
