This is where you come in: we are currently looking for our next Regional Sales Manager to embody Zehnder Clean Air Solutions in the Mid-Atlantic region (including Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, & Washington DC). ***Must reside in the assign sales territory of Eastern PA, DE, MD, & Washington D.C.*** Ready to take up the challenge? Position SummaryThis position is a direct selling position and involves generating the day-to-day new business sales, customer service, and customer retention of Clean Air Solutions service contracts in the assigned region of Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. The key activities will include but not be limited to: being the single point of contact for new and existing customers focusing on developing new accounts while servicing existing accounts with the excellence and professionalism that will help to insure the customer will remain “Customer for Life” as stated in Zehnder's shared values.Duties and Responsibilities:Become a consultant and partner to promote the benefits of clean air in industryBuild constructive and fruitful relationships at all levels within our clients' organizationsUnderstand our customers' needs and use our proven sales process to demonstrate the benefits of clean airBe comfortable in various market sectors and sell to different types of companies and decision-makersUse the tools and materials provided to build and maintain a strong portfolio of leadsDirecting marketing actions in your regionMaintain a rigorous follow-up of all meetings, opportunities and customers in our CRM system (Salesforce)Produce Business Cases that meet the client's requirements while being deliverable and achievable for the companyEnsure that all contracts are within the set margins and allow the company to achieve a profitable return.Collaborate with our service team to ensure that we meet customer expectations.Participate regularly in team meetings and training workshopsBe curious and proactive in your personal developmentTake care of all the equipment provided by the company (computer equipment, cell phone, air quality monitors, etc.) and ensure that they are properly maintainedQualifications:***Must reside in the assigned sales territory of Eastern PA, DE, MD, & Washington D.C.***Bachelor’s degree or higherA valid driver’s license, with a good driving record.3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing selling service contracts to preferably to major warehousing & manufacturing customersA team oriented individual with a proactive spirit with strong ethic and initiative.A results oriented individual who excels in a fast paced dynamic environment and is motivated by success.Willing to travel extensively with overnight stays as neededA strong book of decision making contacts within the logistic, manufacturing, recycling, and industrial markets desiredStrong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills required with the ability to work independently or as a member of a team.Excellent communication skills; with ability to articulate effectively both verbally and in written form, and influence at all levels of an organization to gain commitment and initiate action.Demonstration record of developing, and maintaining successful business to business sales and service relationships.Experience developing brand building programs for introduction of new and unique products into a large and varied market.Extremely strong investigative skills required to uncover and build upon customer’s individual needs.knowledge about the SPIN approach to sales is preferred or other solutions selling training.Experience with Salesforce CRM, preferredStrong PC skills to include word processing, Excel and presentation software.Regional Account experience in long cycle sales and service contract sales.Proven ability to develop and retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with multiple layers of stake holders and key decision makers within an organization.Ability to uncover and identify business risks and opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.WHAT WE OFFERAn attractive salary and commission/bonus programCar Allowance per company policyBusiness Expense Reimbursement per company policyHealth Benefits per company policyVacation and Personal Time Off per company policyAnd much more!SO, ARE YOU READY TO TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE?We would be delighted to discuss with you!
