Key Responsibilities: Completes daily processing, reconciliation and review of accounts receivable, cash receipts and disbursements and account payables. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Prepares the necessary journal entries for accruals, prepayments and other adjustments. Perform all account reconciliations. Perform the monthly closing and generate the financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations. Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Minimum of two (2) years of accounting experience in manufacturing environment. Knowledgeable in ERP systems.Cost accounting experience is a plus. Comfortable with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Self-starter with a desire to succeed and a focus on creating value.Organized, detail oriented and proficient in Excel. Creative problem-solving ability and solutions-oriented mindset.
