A demonstrated record of success as a Maintenance Supervisor. 2. 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment to include hydraulic equipment (heavy industry experience, a plus). 3. Should have predictive maintenance experience. 4. Experience should include reducing maintenance costs/improving equipment reliability. 5. Proficient with reading blue prints and schematics. 6. Experience planning/supervising capital projects, a plus. 7. Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software.
