Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to oversee our service operations, ensure top-quality customer experiences, and lead our team to excellence. If you are an organized professional with strong leadership skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours as needed.Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the plumbing service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workload distribution to maximize team productivity.Train, mentor, and support technicians to enhance their skills and performance.Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, review progress, and reinforce safety protocols.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Track department performance, analyze key metrics, and develop strategies for improvement.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve company goals.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in scheduling and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge).A valid plumbing license is preferred but not required.High integrity, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.Clean driving record, background check, and drug screening Benefits:At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
