Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have experience in billing within the trucking and/or agriculture/commodity trade industries, and possess strong technical skills. This role is vital to managing our financial processes and maintaining accurate inventory records for our hay and straw operations. Key Responsibilities:Process and manage billing activities for our trucking division using McLeod Software.Oversee hay and straw inventory at the farm level, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Utilize QuickBooks and an Access database to manage the hay division's financial and inventory records.Generate, analyze, and maintain spreadsheets using Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and data accuracy.Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and inventory records. Qualifications:Proven experience in billing, preferably within the trucking or agriculture/commodity trade industries.Strong proficiency in general computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with McLeod Software, QuickBooks, and Access databases is highly desirable.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
