Job Summary:YES Leasing is seeking a proactive and dedicated Collections / Customer Service Representative to join its team in Miami. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and customer-centric skills, primarily responsible for managing early payment / collections issues and coordinating GPS installation on its equipment. This position will report directly to the VP of Accounts Receivable & Collections and will have access to YES Leasing's executive team. As a Collections / Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in protecting YES Leasing’s portfolio of lease contracts while ensuring its customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:Early Collection Issues. Act as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve early payment issues. This includes consistently contacting customers to collect on balances owed, as well as processing and managing payments.GPS Installation Coordination: Manage YES Leasing’s efforts to install GPS devices on its equipment. This will involve ordering GPS units and coordinating installation meetings between YES Leasing’s customers and its GPS installers.GPS Portfolio Management: Regularly track GPS’d assets to ensure high tracking rate. Develop and implement solutions to resolve GPS tracking issues, including device replacement and re-installation efforts. You will also be responsible for reconciling YES Leasing’s invoices with our GPS providers and installers.Customer Service: Clearly communicate with customers in both English and Spanish, providing accurate information and support regarding their contracts with YES Leasing.Reporting: Regularly update the VP of Accounts Receivable & Collections on customer issues, resolutions, and trends to facilitate informed decision-making.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible. Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a collections role, preferably in a finance or equipment rental environment.Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and Word.Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations with a proactive approach.
