Overview: Our Sales and Marketing Representatives are dedicated to our referral sources, customers, and clients as RCR returns compromised properties to its pre-loss condition. A Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing incoming leads. These responsibilities include inside and outside sales, attending and hosting networking events, lead generation, and participation in trade associations. In this position, your goal is to increase RCR brand awareness with traditional and strategic campaign strategies from existing referral sources and grow our overall referral base by consistently bringing in new referral relationships. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multifaceted role. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email.Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls or take messages.Always provide the highest level of internal and external customer service. Maintain and expand existing business relationships to increase lead generation and average job size. Locate, present to, and sell restoration services and partnership opportunities to new prospects.Identify and research new customers to develop business partnerships through a variety of techniques including daily office visits, new introductions to generated leads, owners meeting coordination, networking and attending local organizations.Must be able to converse and build relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, trades professionals, property managers, and internal staff.Develop lasting relationships with key referral sources to acquire jobs.Work with internal staff to stay informed on all referral source’s jobs.Document and track leads and business development activities in company CRMData entry into RCR’s programsIdentify and attend key events and association meetings to cultivate new referrals sources.Retain involvement in targeted associations and verticals.Attend conferences and continued education courses.Participate in and represent in tradeshows and other promotional events. Plan and organize marketing functions; including golf tournaments, charitable events, and other networking and social activities, many of which is after normal business hours. Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to align strategies aimed at increasing market share & reaching new clientele.Become and remain proficient on our services and the associated terminology. Manage multiple duties and priorities simultaneously. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum HSD/GED required.Construction or restoration experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceTrack record of long-term employmentTwo or more years outside B2B sales experience a plusWillingness to travelMust be available to manage client calls and emergency leads on an intake call rotation.Experience with database managementExcellent organizational skills, data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, and strong attention to detailOptimism and patience when providing customer service. Ability to maintain strong client relationships and develop industry partnerships.Strong communication skills between team and with customers and with potential referral sources is essential.
