Job Title: Service Contracts Proposal Specialist Location: Nashville, TN, 37219 Job Description: We are seeking a Service Contracts Proposal Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with our clients on contract discussions and pricing adjustments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office and two days remote. Key Responsibilities: Develop service agreement proposals for renewals, billable conversions, warranty conversions, and service sold with equipment orders.Analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.Consult with Sales on alternative options and provide guidance on requirements.Evaluate risk, accuracy, and completeness of the solution to ensure proper contract entitlement.Manage competing priorities and deadlines, providing outstanding support to our internal partners and external customers.Participate in or lead project development and execution for continuous improvement. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.3-5 years experience in sales support within a customer service and or proposal development environment.Excellent and concise oral and written communication skills, including active listening.Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.Advanced skills in MS Office (Word and Excel).Proficient in intermediate mathematical techniques and problem-solving methodologies.In-depth knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com.
