HCLTech is looking to hire Technical Program Manager with 15+ years of experience for our ongoing project engagements. This position requires the selected candidate to work from Pleasanton, CA, with no provision for Hybrid working options. Key Skills and Competencies required: 12+ years’ experience in technical project management in digital space.Experience in medical device industry or Digital health is MUST.PMP certified, SaFe Agile experience.Should have handled offshore/onsite team.Hands on experience in Full digital project life cycle management including technical project estimates, RFP response, scope analysis, functional and techincal specification and measuring program success.Hands on experience with integration projects.Manage all digital programs for enterprise digital products and set targeted measures and metrics with a goal of improving performance, utilization.Demonstrated background in software engineering, Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, SOA, Software-as-a-service concepts and related design patterns.Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, including solid financial management.Familiarity with GDPR, HIPPA compliance and regulatory digital innovation.Stake holder management. Mandatory Skills :Must be able to manage Cloud, Mobile, and Test Automation activities.Extensive experience in (Azure cloud, Java Microservices, CI/CD, etc)Medical Devices/HealthCare domain. QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or advance degree in Computer Science, or MS.
