The individual in this position prepares tax returns, standard accounting work papers and other financial reports. Major Role and ResponsibilitiesPrepares assigned individual tax returns using industry-leading tax preparation software.Prepares work papers that are organized, neat, cross-referenced and supported by conclusions.Consults with supervisor on complex tax issues proactively when necessary.Advise clients in the tax preparation process and prepare and file tax documents.Grow the business by promoting our services and expanding our client base.Attend to the needs of clients to inspire them to refer the service and come back the following year.
