Job Description:• Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team for efforts estimation and create project execution plans• Continually track for Planned and Actuals for assigned projects in terms of scope (plan/actual), Quality of output, and course correction with a high level of collaboration with project stakeholders.• Continual benchmark best in class practices (outside in benchmark), drive productivity and improve V&V processes• Delivery of projects per the commitment• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of architects, BA, designers, developers, V&V engineers to develop products as per business requirements• Technical design reviews to ensure the project is delivering per architecture• Drive Requirements driven testing (100% Traceability Requirements, Development, Test, Defect)• Reporting project status weekly to ensure there are no surprises.• Follow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology.• Change management in place to manage the changes to the project• Processes improvements - document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan the transition to new processes as needed.• Leverage industry standards and best practices to develop standards processes, procedures and documentation.• Serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain Operations and IT Development team to provide systems analysis and support
