Job SummaryExoTerra is a rapidly-growing small business specializing in solar electric propulsion modules and microsatellites. We are seeking a Senior IT/Cyber Security to oversee the company's IT infrastructure. The role involves oversight of our NIST compliance, implementation of software productivity tools, network administration, and oversight of our outsourced IT provider. Responsibilities and DutiesIdentify and implement company IT infrastructure and tools needed to support and improve team productivityProcure, implement, and maintain software and hardwareMaintain inventory of IT hardware and softwareSupport in-house applications development (Office VBA, templates, etc.)Support in-house IT tickets and employee needImplement and maintain NIST/CMMC standards to meet customer security requirementsEnsure staff IT hardware and software are in place when needed and remain operationalManage outsourced IT service providers such as IT support, cyber security, internet, and cloudManage IT annual budgetOther duties as assigned Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Administration or related field5+ yrs experience in Network Administration and Company IT SystemsKnowledgeable in implementation and maintenance of NIST and CMMC standardsGood communications skillsProgramming experience in C++, C#, or VB.NET a plusFamiliar with NIST Compliance - a plus Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as needed Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEducation reimbursementFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountHoliday shut down (Christmas to New Year's)Paid time off - 2 weeks vacationParental leaveRelocation assistanceTuition reimbursementVision insurance
