Position SummaryTreasury Management Support Specialist performs several roles as cross training occurs which includes Documentation, Digital support, Implementation and Phones/Email support. This role begins with the foundation of Documentation which includes outbound calls to confirm and gather necessary information for online banking maintenance requests and prepares required documentation. Over time, this individual will also provide technical support to our business clients for a multitude of products via Business Online Banking, Positive Pay, ACH, Lockbox and Remote Deposit Capture Systems. Work is done in a team environment and is varied in nature. Individual must have strong knowledge of bank and treasury products, capability to solve issues or find solutions, technical knowledge with the ability to provide accurate documentation while achieving the highest level of quality service. Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Business Online Banking and Treasury Management products and servicesWorks closely with Treasury Management Solution Officer(s) and Treasury Management Analyst(s) to support and maintain business client relationships.Has strong technical knowledge and skills with the ability to assist clients with their Treasury products and services.Performs outbound calls to confirm online banking maintenance requests and gather necessary information for requested modifications. Listens carefully to client to understand the full scope of the inquiry.Prepares documentation, accurately and timely, for online banking maintenance requests and coordinates execution of all agreements in relation to Treasury Management products (Addition of new accounts, new users, modifications to existing user permissions, removal of users, etc)Perform administrative duties such as data entry, building reports, and picking up incoming mail from the local Post Office from time to time.Responsible for ACH Balancing and Direct Send file total verificationsPrimary contact for Direct Send ACH processingAssisting with the implementation of SFTP connection and file sendPerform onboarding and maintenance of Treasury Management products such as: Business Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Lockbox and Remote Deposit CaptureResponds quickly to internal/external customer inquiries, problems, complaints and resolves issues as a priority task.Assist with ACH origination callback and approval process.Provides technical assistance to clients on Quickbooks, Quicken and other accounting software.Performs file mapping for clients uploading ACH, Wire and Positive Pay files.Provide professional and courteous service to Susser Bank customers and employees.Perform all duties in compliance with policies, processes, requirements, applicable laws and regulations established by Susser Bank.Maintain security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records, building and maintaining customer and community trust.Maintain current and up-to-date knowledge and continue professional development through training as needed.Demonstrate courteous, pleasant, self-motivated, and dependable behavior. Maintaining a professional environment in both appearance and conductPerforms additional duties as assigned or directed. Education and Experience RequiredHigh school or equivalent degree required.Minimum of 5 years banking experience, with 2 years in Treasury Management preferred.Experience in Jack Henry SilverLake and Q2 Online Banking also preferred. Skills and Abilities Required Job/Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of PC based hardware and operating systems such as Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, SalesForce and DocuSignStrong understanding of Quickbooks and QuickenStrong understanding of file movementWillingness to learn new products, multiple systems, and ability to adapt when systems change.Attention to detail with high concern for data accuracy.Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey a positive attitude.Analytical skills, problem solving and good time management.Cooperation/Teamwork and patience in dealing with customers.
