Position SummaryResponsibilities include managing the ordering and reviewing of residential and commercial appraisals, environmental reports, and equipment appraisals. Prepares in-house real estate evaluations. Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrder appraisals and stay connected with appraisers for delivery of reports.Review appraisal reports in a timely manner.Perform in-house evaluations on residential and commercial loans.Maintain appraisal tracking log and approved appraiser list.Manages and assists the appraisal department with daily activities.Vetting of appraisers for approved appraiser list.Occasionally travels to inspect properties for in-house evaluations.Maintains the security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records.Maintains current and up-to-date knowledge and continues professional development through training as applicable.Demonstrates courteous, pleasant, self-motivated, and dependable behavior. Maintaining a professionalenvironment in both appearance and conduct.Performs additional duties as assigned or directed. Education and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting or equivalent education and experience.Pursuit of State Appraisal license or certification. Skills and Abilities Required Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to details, accurate and organized.Should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
