Our platform helps professionals stand out and companies make better hiring decisions. The RoleAs our first Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our support experience from the ground up. You'll work directly with our founding team to not only resolve customer issues but also help us build better processes and improve our product. What You'll DoProvide exceptional support via email (using Front) and chatResolve diverse customer inquiries - from account questions to technical troubleshootingWork in small blocks (2-3 hours) across multiple days to maintain quick response timesCreate and improve support documentation, email templates, and Loom videosIdentify patterns in customer issues and propose solutions to prevent future problemsCollaborate with founders to improve our product and communication based on customer feedback What You'll BringExperience supporting a consumer tech product, ideally at a startupFamiliarity with Front or similar email-based support toolsTrack record of creating clear documentation and support materialsStrong written communication skills with attention to detailProactive problem-solving mindset - you spot issues before they become trendsComfort with flexible scheduling and working independently Schedule & Structure$25-32/hour based on experience10-20 hours per week, with flexibility in schedulingSome overlap with Pacific Time zone required for occasional team meetingsWork can be broken into smaller daily blocks (2-3 hours) to maintain responsive supportPotential for increased hours and growth as we scale Why This RoleDirect impact on product development and customer experienceWork directly with founders to shape our support functionFlexible scheduling that works around your lifeOpportunity to grow with a promising startupBe the first dedicated support hire and help build our support culture We're looking for someone who's excited about joining an early-stage startup and helping us create an exceptional support experience for our users.
