Job Title: Leasing SpecialistLocation: Corpus Christi TXDuration: 12 months Shift Times: M-F 8-5PM JOB DESCRIPTION10+ years' experience; Responsible for performing land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for new construction and operation projects within an assigned locationAssist with and develop preliminary pipeline routes, cost estimates and schedules for projectsprepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claimsprepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real propertyidentify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies; investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims; represent Company in public meetings and legal proceedings (Zoning and Planning BoardsCounty Commissioners Hearings); requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor.
