You must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. No C2C or 3rd parties, please. We’re seeking a Senior Project Controller to join the Growth Project Controls team! This role is based in Houston, TX or Charleston, WV and reports to the Manager of Project Controls Growth. If you have a knack for ensuring projects stay on budget, on track, and on target, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do:Manage project costs, including accounting transfers and requisition closeouts.Maintain work orders and initiate projects using SAP/PowerPlan.Track and analyze budgets, contingencies, and approved changes, ensuring they align with project forecasts.Utilize platforms like Omega 365 PIMS and SAP to manage costs.Partner with team members to monitor materials, review data, and ensure all risks, commitments, and schedules are accurately reflected.Provide financial reporting for bids and contracts while tracking and communicating project financial KPIs.Support project delivery requirements, participate in project meetings, and perform final cost reconciliations. Minimum Qualifications:Degree or technical college graduation.6+ years of related experience.Proficiency in cost engineering principles, including budgeting, forecasting, earned value systems, and change management.Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other desktop tools. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SAP and Omega PIMS.Knowledge of project and portfolio management processes and principles.Effective communicator with a proven ability to collaborate and motivate teams.Analytical mindset to interpret cost data and provide actionable insights.
