Pan-Ko is looking for Customer Representatives to join expanding team, where we support their career development. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in the woven ready-to-wear garment manufacturing-marketing sector, with knowledge of export production or agency work, and strong problem-solving skills.Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer satisfaction focus as being a part of the team.Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel.Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.No restrictions on international travel. Job Description:Actively manage customer relationships, from order intake to shipment.Coordinate between the sample room, production planning, and quality control departments during sample and production processes.Conduct weekly CPS (Critical Path) meetings with customers, ensuring production reports flow smoothly and directing production departments.Prepare production files, ensure data entry into the company’s Sentez ERP system, and complete all necessary information on an order-by-order basis.Attend meetings with existing and potential customers both domestically and internationally, working on initiatives to increase market share. Work Location: Sancaktepe , Istanbul; shuttle service is provided from key locations at Asia side.
