Job Description Managing distributor sales teams within the responsibility zone; ensuring that the scope target, commercial marketing actions and in-point implementation standards are met. Accordingly, to ensure that the main sales targets such as volume, turnover, collection and market share are realized in a sustainable way. Responsible for the management of the daily operations (order, stock management, invoicing, shipping, etc.) of Exclusive and Subordinate distributors within the framework of PR working principles. Within the scope of the market entry strategy, it is responsible for determining the scope of the point within the area of responsibility and creating the service package. Responsible for customer segmentation, investment planning and, accordingly, implementation of horizontal and vertical growth opportunities in line with the commercial marketing strategy. Plays a role in the management of all customers through the transfer of company priorities and business development approach. Regularly informs about key issues and trends affecting the sales region and makes recommendations on actions that need to be taken. Creates sales estimates for the area of responsibility, determines the goals of the team, and is responsible for the implementation of central and local campaigns. Coaching the sales teams that responsible for (PR & Distributor teams), determines the development needs for each team member, creates environments where employees can develop and work motivated Exhibits and appropriately represents Pernod Ricard's values. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degreeProfessional & Technical Information: Retail sector (traditional channel) informationInformation about” HoReCa “(Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) and wholesale channelsHave a solid understanding of the local business environment and dynamics Total job experience: 3-5 yearsRelated job experience 2 years (FMCG sector experience) Computer Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office Programs Other Skills: Ability to successfully implement the strategy and effectively manage the necessary resources,Demonstrate customer relationship management,Have significant experience in human management and team leadership,Having analytical and organizational skills,Be able to manage, coach, develop, motivate and coordinate people,Ability to understand market dynamics and competitive environment,Ability to form open and collaborative partnershipsA strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, create effective trading strategies and identify the resources required to implement them Where Conviviality is at work?
