Job Description:The Contracts Manager to be assigned at the Headquarters will be responsible for the overall contract management for all projects executed by the Company. This role requires comprehensive oversight of the entire contract lifecycle, from initial development through ongoing administration and compliance, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and project requirements. Strong management capabilities, familiarity with legal matters, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this role. Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and finalize contract documentation for business development, tendering, and operational phases for all projects executed by the Company. This includes drafting contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractors, as well as drafting partnership agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), pre-bid agreements, and other corporate agreements.Conduct thorough assessments of contractual matters, considering technical, commercial, and legal perspectives in line with Company policies.Oversee the entire contract management process within the Company, demonstrating effective management capabilities.Support, coordinate, resolve, and negotiate contractual issues for current and prospective projects.Assist various departments in identifying contractual risks and proposing effective solutions.Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to milestones, deliverables, and timelines.Analyse potential claim issues, track delay events, and assess project impacts.Ensure compliance with the Company's contract management procedures by all project teams.Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts within various projects simultaneously. .QualificationBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a relevant field (master’s degree in contract management preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract administration in construction industry is proven.Strong experience in contract administration within the construction industry, particularly in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.Experience in claim management, including delay analysis, is preferred.Knowledge of international contract management practices and FIDIC contract conditions is preferred.Proficiency in both Turkish and English; international experience is an advantage.Proven ability to conduct all contractual/technical correspondence in English with prior experience in this area.Advanced skills in MS Office applications.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.Effective team player with excellent coordination skills across various disciplines.Management capabilities and proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Coherent with technology.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.No travel restrictions.
